15 Day Strength & Mobility Challenge

Find a new level of strength and mobility in just 15 days with this 30 minute a day program. Each class is designed to meet you where you’re at in your practice and challenge you to commit to yourself. We will break each day down into one focused area of the body to round out skills, build muscle and increase range of motion. My hope for you is that by day 15 you feel more confident not only physically but mentally.

  • Is this program live or do I do it on my own?

This guide is pre recorded classes you can take whenever your schedule allows. You can take it anywhere, at anytime, as many times as you’d like.

  • What kind of classes are these?

Each 30 minute class is designed to be a challenging vinyasa flow yoga class. Think of it as a cross between yoga and yoga sculpt (without the weights of course).

  • I’m super new to yoga but I like to workout, will this work for me?

Definitely! This program is designed to meet you where you’re at and be a supplement to any lifestyle. You will become very well acquainted with the poses and flows with language very accessible to new yoga practitioners.

  • What’s the level of difficulty?

The level of difficulty it all up to you! In every class I give variations for poses so that you can feel confident moving on your mat. Always feel comfortable omitting poses that are out of your practice and when your ready you can give those poses a try.

  • Does the package ever expire?

Once you buy it, it’s all yours! Feel free to take it and take it again.
